About us
Twelve years ago, I earned my first aromatherapy certification—and what began as curiosity quickly became a calling. Today, my passion for essential oils is deeper than ever. I’ve seen how these plant-powered remedies can support healing, ease pain, uplift the spirit, and promote real, lasting wellness.
Ask my friends or family, and they’ll tell you: I always have a blend ready for whatever’s bothering them. Headache? Stress? Sleepless nights? There’s an oil for that. And the best part? They work. The science confirms it—but the true proof comes when you use them and feel the results yourself.
Love, Nina was born out of this belief—and a desire to share the power of aromatherapy with others in a way that’s accessible, ethical, and joyful. Every product I create is made with pure, safe, sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients. You won’t find fillers, toxins, or shortcuts here—just intentional, handcrafted blends designed to help you feel your best.
Being anointed and appointed to do this work is more than a phrase—it’s my truth. I’m honored to bring aromatherapy into your life as a tool for healing, balance, and self-love.
So go ahead—treat yourself. Explore our soothing oils, luxurious body butters, therapeutic roll-ons, aromatic bath salts, and other beautiful creations, all made with love. This is wellness for the whole you—body, mind, and soul.
Welcome to Love, Nina. I’m so glad you’re here.

🌸 Essential Oils 101: What Every Beginner Needs to Know
Starting your journey with confidence and clarity.
If you’re new to essential oils, you might be feeling excited—but also overwhelmed. With so many options and so much information, it can be hard to know where to begin. Don’t worry—I’ve got you. Here’s your simple, stress-free guide to essential oils and how to use them safely and effectively.
What Are Essential Oils, Anyway?
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that capture the essence—the “life force”—of flowers, herbs, trees, and fruits. These powerful compounds have been used for centuries for healing, wellness, and emotional wellbeing.
How Do They Work?
Essential oils affect the limbic system—the part of your brain that controls emotions, stress, and memory. When you inhale or apply an oil, your body and mind respond. Some oils energize you; others calm you down. Some even help with physical issues like headaches or sore muscles.
5 Must-Know Oils for Beginners
These are gentle, versatile, and easy to start with:
-
Lavender: Calming, promotes sleep, reduces anxiety
-
Peppermint: Invigorating, helps with headaches and focus
-
Lemon: Uplifting, great for mood and energy
-
Tea Tree: Cleansing, great for skin and immune support
-
Eucalyptus: Clears sinuses, supports respiratory health
Ways to Use Essential Oils
-
Diffusing: Add oils to a diffuser to scent your space and uplift your mood
-
Topical Use: Apply diluted oils (with a carrier oil like jojoba or almond) to the skin
-
Inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball or tissue and breathe deeply
-
Baths & Body Products: Blend into salts, butters, or oils for soothing body care
Safety First
-
Never apply essential oils directly to your skin without diluting
-
Keep away from eyes, ears, and mucous membranes
-
Do a patch test first to check for sensitivity
-
If you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication, consult a healthcare provider

🌿 How to Use Aromatherapy for Stress Relief After a Long Day
Reset your mind, body, and soul: one breath at a time.
We all know the feeling: you walk in the door after a long, draining day and your energy is scattered, your body is tense, and your mind is still racing. This is where aromatherapy steps in—not just as a luxury, but as a tool to calm your nervous system, elevate your mood, and bring you back to center.
1. Diffuse to Decompress
Set the tone for the evening by adding 6–8 drops of a calming essential oil blend (like lavender, sweet orange, and ylang-ylang) to your diffuser. The scent will fill your space and begin signaling your brain that it’s safe to unwind.
Pro tip: Keep a diffuser by the door or in your living room so that the reset begins as soon as you get home.
2. Roll-On and Breathe Deep
Apply a therapeutic roll-on blend (try one with clary sage, bergamot, or cedarwood) to your wrists, temples, or the back of your neck. Then, pause for a moment—close your eyes and take three slow, intentional breaths.
Let yourself release the day and invite peace.
3. Soak It Away
Nothing soothes the soul like a warm bath with essential oil-infused salts. Add a handful of bath salts infused with lavender, chamomile, or frankincense to your tub, light a candle, and let the tension melt.
No tub? Use a foot soak or simply massage oil into your shoulders and neck after a shower.
4. Bedtime Wind-Down
Spritz your pillow or linens with a calming linen spray (think lavender and vetiver) to ease into restful sleep. Your body does its deepest healing when you’re well rested—and essential oils can support that natural rhythm.
Aromatherapy isn’t just about scent—it’s about Wellness!
By incorporating these exercises into your daily life, you're giving your nervous system the signal it needs to let go and recharge. Because you deserve to rest, reset, and reap the blessings of life.
